Saphire's request.

It was a nice day for everyone. People could be themselves and everyone can be happy. Well, almost everyone. A fine young blond woman in a red shirt with a black leather jacket and black skinny jeans along with a pair of red fingerless gloves walks along the sidewalk of a city well known to everyone. She also has a pendant around her neck. Her name is Saphire. She doesn't know that this town has some gangs that can almost kill her, but they won't. She walks down the sidewalk full of people and looks around as she enters a coffee shop. The smell of coffee hit her face as she took a look around to the various people sitting down. One is from African decent with a bandana on his head. she looked over and saw two more guys that looked familiar for some reason. She saw around five more people that seemed like regular citizens at the time so she looked back to the man at the cash register, walks up to him and clears her throat. "Um..." She began as she looked at the menu. So many different things to get. Coffee, mocha, donuts, cookies, the list is endless. She looked bak at the man. "I'll have a coffee. No cream or sugar a hot as you can make it." She requested as she reached into her pocket to pull out nothing. She remembered that he doesn't have any money. "Oh... Nevermind." She said as she walked to the exit until a man with black hair, glowing violet cat's eyes and in black clothing walks up next to her and pulls out a five dollar bill from his wallet.

"How much is she paying?" He asked in a mellifluous voice. He looked at Saphire and she had an ominous feeling about him, unsure about him. But there was something about this man that could be trusted.

Or could that just be what people see in him?

The cashier pushed the numbers on the cash resister and looked at the price. "$1.57 please." He said as he took the five dollars. "And your change is." He said as he opened the cash register and looked at the money on the small screen. "$3.43." He said and took out three dollars, a quarter, a nickel, a dime and three pennies. The man held out his hand and placed the money in his fingerless gloved palm.

"Thank you." The man said as he walked over to a table to another man with dark brown hair combed with gel to the side with glowing blue eyes. The man was drinking his coffee as he brushed the dirt from his striped shirt on his shoulder.

Saphire was curious about these two. What is it about them? Why do they look familiar? After she got her coffee, she sat close by them at an empty table. The pair, the one with black hair and the other with brown hair had a small conversation with each other, but through the small volume of conversations that was inside the coffee shop, it's a little hard to hear them talk. She took a gulp of her coffee and drank half of it. It didn't scald her throat or even gave her discomfort from the intense heat of the coffee.

Then, from the bathroom, a little girl walked out in an orange polo and jeans tucked in without a single wrinkle in the cloth and a jet black belt. She walked over quickly and sat down like a fun loving little girl would do: not very still. She was a little loud, because almost everyone could hear her through the rumble of different voices. "Daddy! I'm thirsty! Can I go get a drink?" She said in a shrieking high pitched voice.

The man in black looked over and tousled her hair as he grew a smile on his fact. "Ok, Alex. You can go get something." He said and pulled out from his ebony jeans the three dollars he got from the cashier. "Go get a sprite or Dr. Pepper." He said as Alex snatched the money out of his fingers and dashed for the counter to get something right when he finished the sentence. The man watched Alex go and get her drink and then looked back at the other man. After he took a sip of his coffee, he swiveled his head, looking over where Saphire is at. He and her met eyes and he got up before saying to the man with him, "hold on. gotta talk to someone." And walking over to Saphire.

He reached her table and pulled out a chair to sit on. "So what you staring at us for?" He asked.

Saphire looked at him before answering. "Well, you got my coffee for me. Thanks for that, and you look familiar to someone." She said, looking at her coffee before downing the rest.

The man raised an eyebrow at that. No one he knew could down that much coffee without burning him or herself... Well... No normal person. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a compact and stood up to go get something of his. He talked to the man and he nodded while handing him a black pencil before the man in black walked back to Saphire. He opened the compact and trained his eyelid with the black pencil. The eyeliner left his eyelids black and when he opened the first one that was finished, he worked on the other.

Finally, the eyeliner was put down and the compact was closed when he was finished. He looked at Saphire. "Imagine me with blue eyes." He said.

Saphire looked closely at the man and the gears started to grind. She saw that face somewhere. She shook her head. "Sorry. Can't remember." She said.

The man sighed and looked back at the man with dark brown hair, who's keeping an eye on Alex, drinking her Dr. Pepper. The man grabbed his compact and threw it at the brown haired man. "Yo! Red!" He said before he threw it.

After what is said and done, the man, named Red, looked over and received a hit to the head from the compact. He caught it and looked at him. The man motioned red to come closer. "Could you give me your IPod for a sec?" He asked.

Red thought for a second and then grabbed his iPod inside his jeans and handed it to the man. "Solve the pass code first." He said as the man clicked it on.

The man cursed and tried a pass code. Wrong pass code. "Dammit." He said. Saphire just watched as the second pass code failed. The man handed it back to red. "Unlock it, pretty please." He said.

Red smiled and took the IPod and entered the pass code and handed it back to the man. "There you go." He said with a grin as the man took the iPod and looked through his music. He skimmed the albums and found the one he was looking for. He flipped the iPod over to Saphire to reveal one of Adam Lambert's album: Trespassing.

Saphire looked from the album to the man. "Oh!" She said. "No wonder you look familiar." She said. "My friend showed me a video of him."

The man nodded and handed red his IPod back. "There ya go." He said. He got his elbows on the table and placed his gloved hands on his cheeks. "I'm Adom. Not Adam. Adom. There is a difference." He said as he looked back to the table red and Alex sat at. "That's my daughter and my lover." He said pointing to Alex and Red.

Saphire looked at them and smiled. "You make a great couple. And nice little girl you've got." She said to Adom.

He nodded. "Yeah. It's nice." He said as he got up. "You new to this town?" He asked her.

She nodded. "Yeah."

"Oh good, so am I." He said. "Now We won't be the only one." He said as he walked back to Red and Alex. He talked to them and they nodded as they walked back over to Saphire. "I'll show you around the place." He said. "I've only been here once and I haven't been anywhere normal-ish." He said and gestured to the door. Red walked out amd Alex held the door open for Adom and Saphire. Adom smiled. "Such a sweet little girl." He said to his daughter. They walked out and entered the city. The first thing that they got was the heat from all the car's exhaust and the crowded sidewalks. It's easy to get lost in this crowd. Saphire walked as close as she could to Adom and keep up with the trio. That was, until a girl screamed and pointed at Adom.

"OH MAI GAWD!! IT'S ADAM LAMBERT!!" She screamed and another girl said the same thing. "AND TOMMY!!" Another one yelled. More and more girls started to scream at the pair. Like all fangirls, they want an autograph of their icon and what's the only way to get an autograph from someone that's famous? Chase him/her. Adom and red ran without looking back at who the girls were. Saphire did her best to keep up and so did Alex while the fangirls started screaming "adommy" over and over. Saphire found a piece of sidewalk where no one was at and continued fallowing Adom and Red. As they ran, red slowed down to mess with his pants. "I hate running in jeans. It hurts my legs." He said as he ran up a wall to an ally, jumping and landing on his feet while Adom jumped and grabbed a streetlight with both hands to make a sharp turn into the same ally red entered. Saphire just tried to keep up as well as Alex. They stopped, out of breath, although Adom and Red are not even breathing hard or anything that shows exhaustion.

"H-how can." She began with a pant. "How did you do that?" She finally said, still panting.

Adom and red shrugged. "Good cardio workouts." Adom said. "

"Good Parkor lessons." Red said. He turned and saw nine guys standing at the ally exit. Adom tapped his shoulder as he saw the entrance blocked as well. "Shit." He said. Saphire and Alex looked over to see the same thing Adom and red saw.

"Uh oh. Daddy. What they upto?" She said in a concerned voice as she walked over to Adom and red, grabbing adom's black jeans. Adom patted her head, showing her that he can handle this.

Saphire looked from man to man. Adom and red did the same. Red cleared his throat. "Fellas. Fellas, what's going on?" He asked.

"You're trespassing on our property. Either pay up or stand still." One said as he pointed his silenced Uzi pistol at the four. The man was the same african man with the bandana in the coffee shop.

Adom smiled. "Trespassing?" He said. "Isn't that a song by Adam lambert?" He asked. He looked at Alex and asked her to let go. She did and watched her dad step up to one of the guys. He cleared his throat and Then he started singing the lyrics to the song while moving to the one that was most dangerously armed. The one with the two silenced Uzis.

"What is this, a concert?" He said and fired the automatic pistol at Adom. Saphire went forward to try and fight them until red blocked her path.

Red looked at Saphire and blocked Alex as well. "Just watch." He said as he switched his gaze to Adom. Adom bent forward, since he was shot multiple times in the chest. The man who shot him pointed his guns at the other three.

"Alright. Kill'em!" He said and Adom kicked one of the gun out if his left hand and knocked the other out before they could react. Saphire was surprised by this.

Adom looked at his black shirt, which was full of holes. "You ruined my shirt!" He said and poked a finger through one if the bullet holes. He looked back at the guys. "Pay up! That damn shirt cost 25 bucks." The man just looked at him and fired at his head. Adom's face was unmarred by the bullets. Adom grabbed the gun and removed it from his hand. "Stop. That's annoying." He said and pointed the gun at the man. "How would you like it if someone pointed a gun at you." He said and the man backed up cowardly.

"Whoa man!" He said in a shaking voice as the others aimed at Adom. "What the hell are you?"

"Just answer the damn question!" Adom asked. "How would you feel of someone pointed a gun at you?" He said and then turned the gun sideways. "Especially if I turn it sideways, like a black man like you would."

The man was absolutely confused and scared now. "Guys, kill'em!" He yelled and the gang of 9 open fired from in front and the other 4 behind them fired their weapons as well. Saphire covered her head, waiting for something to end her.

But nothing happened to her.

She closed her eyes and opened them a few second after to fond out that nothing hit her. She looked around to see a dome around her, made entirely of glass that caught the bullets and drop them to the ground. Adom was left outside of this dome, bombarded with bullets, but unmarred to the attacks except for his clothes. He then sunk into the ground like he was caught in quicksand and vanished into the concrete. Saphire watched this and then looked around for Red, hoping for some sort of explanation. But red was nowhere to be seen.

The members stopped firing at the dome and then switched weapons from guns to baseball bats to try and bust the dome. When one of the gang members hit it, the dome caved in and grabbed the bat, like a gigantic sock puppet. It held on and then threw the man with the bat at the brick wall. "No!" It said as it shrunk and melted down to a blue blob on the ground. The mass of goo soon had a pair of beady eyes and a scowl on its blue shapeless face "No one hurts my daddy!" It said in a childish voice as it used a small part of itself to make a sledgehammer appear to slam one of the guys at the wall.

The gang opened fire at it. It did nothing as it became a shield and ran over to ram the remaining two that fired at it.

Behind Saphire, she heard flesh on flesh contact that made her feel sick as she heard loud cracks. She turned to see Adom and red fighting the remaining nine that tried to batter them with the butts of their guns and with brass knuckles on their fists. Adom ducked and punched someone in the face, breaking something by the sound of cracks being heard. Red ducked and dodged their attacks like it was child's play. When he dodged the blows, the gang looked like they were hit by nothing but the air they breathed. More gunfire was sounded as someone grabbed their mini-Uzi and opened fire at the attacking trio. The bullets did nothing to the blob and the two guys, but Saphire was just a girl... Or so she appears to be.

Saphire waited for her chance as the man unloaded the magazine of the little rapid fire pistol. Click. NOW! She thought. She made flames appear in her palms and threw the yellow flames at the gang leader, who instantly combusted. The man screamed and tried to put out the flames, but it didn't work as it melt the skin, cooked the muscles and destroyed the nerves. Cooking him alive. The man couldn't breath the heat and finally fell down, continuing to burn until his body was nothing more than a charred skeleton. Adom, Red and the blob smelled the air and looked over to see the burnt body. They stared at it and looked at Saphire. "Ok, how did you do that?" Red asked in a surprised tone.

Saphire looked at them. "How did you do that?!" She said pointing to the guys running away, terrified from the four creeps.

Red took some time to think about what he was going to say. Then, he pointed at Saphire. "Touché." He said and looked at the burnt corps. Adom walked over to the pile of bones and grabbed a black, burnt digit from the hand. It vanished in adom's closed fist. He grabbed each individual bone in his hand and the bone vanished in a closed fist or clasped hands. The blob became Alex and she ran to her dad after he finished making the skull disappear. She jumped and held on to his back. Adom looked at her and patted her head. "Heh. I see you Alex" he said and got up to walk over to Saphire. "I'll show you what I'm like in a wile. Right now is too crowded." He said and walked off.

Red followed him and shrugged to Saphire. "Jus' wait 'till we get to a forest or somethin' of the sort." He said and turned to follow Adom.

Saphire stood there and then followed the trio. She walked past the crowd and soon were out of town. They walked into a forest and then walked in deeper and deeper. Then, Adom and Red stopped. They turned and smiled. "We'll show you who we are if you show us what you are." Adom said as Alex let go of his neck and landed on the ground, sitting with her legs crisscrossed.

Saphire looked at Adom with his bullet filled clothes, Red who is completely unharmed, and Alex, who is completely fine. She nodded in agreement. "Ok, then." She said and took a step back. She grabbed her pendant and tapped the little silver piece. The pendant started to glow bright white. The glow became brighter and brighter until the light covered her entire body. Adom and Alex had to cover their eyes, but red didn't. When the glow stopped, where Saphire once was now stood a dragon. A blue dragon with a flame at the tip of her tail, with multicolored rainbow wings and the same blue eyes Saphire has. The only thing that was Saphire's clothing that was on her now is the pendant she wore. She revealed a toothy grin and opened her mouth to say something. "There. I'm a dragon." She said. She moved her head closer to Adom, Red an Alex; all of whom are dumbfounded at the sight of a dragon "What about you three?"

Alex just stated and got up to feel her scaly face. "Wow! A dragon!" She said, almost too loud. "A real life blue dragon!" She yelled. "I can be you!" She said and then started to become blue. The body of Alex soon became a blue statue that melted into a blob on the ground. The blob then morphed and bubbled and grow to become exactly what Saphire is now, except for the eyes. "Imma ditto! I can be whatever I want!" It said as it was Saphire's turn to be speechless.

"Whoa!" She said as she stared at herself. "A ditto?" She asked.

Alex nodded. "I'm just a blob of goo that can be whatever the H-E double toothpick I want." She said as she gave an exited grin.

"Ok, dragons and dittos aside." Red said a he stepped up. "I'll show you myself next." He said and breathed in, closing his blue eyes. In an instant, he sunk into the ground, like someone who was standing on ice smashing through. Now, red was just a shadow that morphed into something more mysterious. The shadow's  legs shrank into its body and grew a sort of cloak, mostly shaped like a tutu. The arms became more slender as the hands became more sharp, almost claw like. The head grew a long piece of, what looks like hair. But hair has weight. This one is flowing without any gravity to mare it's flowing look. The neck of it became more bulky by the looks of it.

With this transformation complete, the shadow stayed still until it became a gigantic circle and started to shrink. The head of this being started to break the surface of the ground without moving even a single blade of grass. This is the true form of Red. Long, flowing, weightless white hair on an ebony face, marred by two blue eyes. The neck was protected by a spiked red collar that covered up to where the chin should be on this creature. It's body seems solid charcoal marred by the only ivory on his chest: a crucifix stretching from the bottom of his collar to the base of the cloak, just before it fans out, and from just below the left armpit to just below the right. His arms are slender with slight frilly pieces on his shoulders and smaller pieces on the elbows. The creature lifted his arms up and span a little, showing his entire 4'11 legless body. "Well?" He asked the dragon that was struck dumb. "What do you think?"

Saphire just stared at him stupidly. "Wow...that's just...wow..." Was all she could say to red. "That's...that's just." She began as she tried to describe him. "That's incredible!" She said as she moved her head closer to further examine him. "I've never seen this before!"

"You've never seen a darkrai?" Adom asked Saphire.

She shook her scaly head, then looked at Adom. "Now, what are you?" She asked him.

Adom thought for a wile and placed a hand on his chin. "I could be considered a Tupla, but I can think and I have will." He said, but I go by my way of saying what I am. Better yet, I'll show ya." He said and removed his gloves.

"Daddy is so cool when he does this!" Alex whispered to Saphire. Saphire jumped at the voice, mostly because she forgot about Alex, watching the transformation of Red. Alex chuckled. "Gotcha." She said.

Adom smiled at Alex. "Don't scare her, she's just a dragon." He said as he removed the black shirt and looked at it pitifully. "Damn." He said and tossed it aside. "I liked that shirt."

"I'll get ya another one, Bro." Red said.

Adom looked at him and smiled. "Thanks, Red." He said. Adom smiled and unbuttoned his paints, removing them to reveal a pair of skin tight spandex underwear. Adom has a slender like physique with no built or muscle definition whatsoever. "Sorry, I don't want to rip my clothes." He said. Saphire just watched. He took a breath and started to raise his hands, almost like he's lifting something up. The shadows around the place started to bend and stick out of the ground. The shadows removed themselves from the object it is connected to and flew over to hit Adom, but all the shadows encompassed the human and moved around in random directions at blinding speeds, much like Naruto's giant Rasengan. Then, the shadows shrunk and then popped to reveal this creature. It stood on the ground with padded feet that seemed slender with no muscle mass. Going up, it seemed like poles in the ground without any shape but the occasional definition of a kneecap at midway. Where the legs meet at the hips there was a skirt of sorts that is a deep and absorbing ebony colour. His body is slender and almost lithe in looks, but with what he did a wile ago, you'd have another opinion. His hands are more like claws that are thin and fragile. His elbows has a sort of frilly piece on it along with his shoulders. His neck is protected by a red collar around 7 inches that stop just at his chin, but it's far enough for his head to move around freely. His hair is pure ivory white color that seems to be flowing without any gust of wind. And his face was mostly feline except for his mouth.

But the most stunning feature about him was his eyes. His eyes are glowing violet that almost looks like they are hypnotic, even staring into Saphire's soul. He extended his arms and twirled like a little girl would in a dress. "Well?" He asked. "What do you think?"

Saphire looked at this creature. She was amazed at the sight. To her, nothing could compare to this creature. This shadow. This entity that wasn't alive, nor dead. "Ok. What the heck are you?" She asked, still amazed at the sight of Adom.

"Well." Adom began. "I am a darkrai mewtwo hybrid. I'm really complicated." He started gesticulating with his hands and body along with his head to further help out explaining what he is. "I'm not dead, because I can move around at will, but I'm not alive, because what living soul can become a shadow and control other people?" He paused politely to prove his point. "Anyway, I would be a ghost of sorts, but ghosts can't just reach into his or her body an pull out some weird shit like a grenade without the pin or spoon. Just so you know, a spoon on the grenade is that little handle that flies off when the grenade is active." He added and continued with his monologue, telling all of his abilities: controlling people, their shadows, their dreams, their houses, haunt them like a demon, and so on. When he finished, Saphire was lost in the conversation. Adom paused when he saw Saphire's dazed look. "You getting it all?" He asked.

Saphire shook her head. "I don't understand how you can do all of that." She said simply.

Adom, red, and Alex the ditto looked at her and said at the same time, "Ghosts can do anything."

Saphire, still a little confused, shook her head. "I'm still confused about this."

Alexis giggled and became the little girl she was when Saphire met her. "I'm still confused about how you can change. You can explain it to me, but I won't listen. I know how I can change and you know how you can change." She said. "We know how we change, it's the same thing, really."

Saphire thought and bobbed her head sideways. "I guess... Well, it's nice to meet you three." She said with a smile. "I never thought I could see a...ditto, Darkrai, and a darkrai...mewtwo hybrid?" She said a little confused on adom's description.

"Yeah, it's really cool to meet a dragon like you." Adom said and red nodded.

"Yeah, it was fun." Alexis said and the trio became the three humans from before, though Adom had to put on his clothes again. Saphire transformed into her human form and they went their separate ways, Saphire hiding her history from Adom and his family. The others did the same. It was a nice meeting.
